Meet Raman

Raman’s journey in dentistry began in 2009 in Melbourne, when she enrolled in Dental Technology at Carrick Institute. After completing her Diploma of Dental Technology, she built a 15-year career in the dental industry. With a Bachelor’s degree qualified overseas and she pursued Post Graduate Certificate in Public Health from Victoria University completed in 2022, Raman brings both hands-on technical skill and a public health perspective to every clinic she supports.

Throughout her career, she has worked closely with dental professionals, support teams and practice owners, gaining valuable insight into the operational and leadership challenges clinics face as they grow.

Her passion for helping practices succeed inspired the creation of Precision Dental Consultancy. She uses that hands-on experience to help clinics improve workflows, compliance, and clinical support. Practical advice from someone who’s been in your surgery.
